Walking for Stress, maybe flying.

Walking a labyrinth is a good way to do a moving meditation. This is one way to reduce stress and to maintain our immune systems, especially at this time. When there isn’t one close by to walk, you might try a finger labyrinth and just breathe with it. In the center of this grass labyrinth is a round stone with a dove carved in it. The symbol of Peace.

As I write this, Eagle, the symbol of Strength is soaring above the sea in front of me. I wish I could be them, in the ultimate aerial social isolation, bringing Peace, Clarity and Strength to the world and our immune systems.
